We strongly recommend QuickBooks Online. It allows you to have multiple users in different locations. For example your accountant doesn't have to be in the same office as you. You can go on vacation and still check how is everything going in your office. You can accept credit cards directly from QuickBooks, and customers can get automatic invoices. You can also add Payroll and print paychecks and pay taxes. Mobile app for iPhone and Android.  Our Quarterly packages start at $600.00.
